TRAINING COURSE
Costs
Accommodation, meals during the official programme, training activities, and local transportation are covered by the Erasmus+ programme.
Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ distance band. Selected participants will receive the exact travel budget and booking instructions.
Accommodation: Victoria City Hotel, Oranjestad – single room for each participant.
⚠️Participants must not book their flights before receiving confirmation and travel instructions.
The Aruba ED Card (20 USD) is at the participant’s own expense.

Objectives
Build connections between youth organizations from different countries.
Exchange local realities, needs, challenges and good practices.
Explore practical tools and methods for youth work.
Learn about Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps and other funding opportunities.
Develop concrete ideas for future international projects and cooperation.
Strengthen activities involving young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.
About the Project
“Youth Organizations, Local Realities and Future Projects” is an international Training Course and Partnership Building Activity bringing together youth organizations from the Dutch Caribbean and Europe.
The project aims to strengthen youth work, exchange local experiences and good practices, and create new international partnerships and concrete ideas for future youth projects.
Methodology
The project is based on non-formal education and learning by doing.
Activities will include peer-to-peer exchange, group work, mapping exercises, practical project design, reflection, action planning, and study visits to local youth organizations in Aruba.
Participants will work with real examples from their organizations and communities and develop ideas that can be implemented after the project.
