SEMINAR IMPACT IN ACTION

About The Project

Evaluating and Strengthening Inclusive Youth Work Practices is a 5-day international seminar that brings together partner organisations involved in our Erasmus+ Youth accreditation activities 2024.

The seminar is designed as a space for reflection, evaluation and strategic development. It will focus on analysing the real impact of the youth exchanges and training course implemented during our first accreditation year, identifying good practices, and strengthening inclusive youth work approaches within our organisations.

Through participatory methods, peer-learning sessions and strategic discussions, participants will explore how the competences developed during previous mobilities are being applied in daily youth work practice, and how these results can be sustained and scaled in the long term.

Rather than creating new tools, this seminar aims to consolidate achievements, enhance quality standards, reinforce partnerships and ensure that Erasmus+ results generate lasting impact at organisational and community level.

Methodology

The seminar is based on participatory and non-formal education methods that encourage reflection and active contribution. Through peer-learning sessions and structured evaluation tools, partners will analyse impact and share good practices. Strategic discussions and organisational self-assessment exercises will support quality improvement and inclusion strengthening. The process is action-oriented, ensuring concrete outcomes and long-term sustainability of results.
