About The Project
Implemented within the framework of Erasmus+ Accreditation 2024, this training course is designed to empower youth workers with innovative methods and strategies for fostering inclusion among young people. By exploring proven educational approaches from various countries, participants will learn how to engage diverse youth groups effectively and sustainably. The training provides an opportunity for youth workers to share best practices, collaborate with international colleagues, and gain practical skills to enhance their local impact. The course focuses on new inclusion methods that will inspire and equip youth workers to create welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environments for all young people.
Methodology
All the working methods will be based on the methods of non-formal education, including team-building activities, role-playing, simulation, group work, audiovisual methods, peer-to-peer learning, discussions, and presentations.
