TC GREENIFY YOUTH WORK

About The Project

Implemented within the framework of Erasmus+ Accreditation 2025, this training course is designed to equip youth workers with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to make youth work more ecological and sustainable. Today, youth organizations face the challenge of engaging young people in ways that not only support their personal growth but also raise awareness of environmental responsibility. By exploring innovative practices from different countries, participants will discover how to integrate eco-friendly approaches into their daily work with young people and within their organizations. The training offers youth workers the opportunity to exchange good practices, collaborate with international colleagues, and gain practical strategies that can be implemented locally. Through interactive workshops and non-formal education methods, the course will inspire participants to embed sustainability into youth work, empowering them to lead greener initiatives that resonate with young people and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Methodology

All the working methods will be based on the methods of nonformal education (team building activities, role-playing, simulation, group work, dance, audiovisual methods, peer to peer learning, discussions, presentations)
