YE CRITICAL MINDS, CREATIVE LEADERS

About The Project

Implemented within the framework of Erasmus+ Accreditation 2025, this second edition of our long-term youth exchange initiative builds upon the foundation set in the first project on communication and eloquence. In 2025, the focus shifts to problem-solving and decision-making, two essential competencies for effective and responsible leadership. Young people today face complex challenges in their personal, educational, and professional lives, often requiring them to analyze situations, generate creative solutions, and make decisions under uncertainty. Formal education rarely offers the space to practice these skills in a safe, collaborative, and intercultural environment. Through non-formal education methods, interactive workshops, and group tasks, this youth exchange will provide participants with the tools to approach problems critically, evaluate options, and make thoughtful decisions that benefit both themselves and their communities. By engaging in dynamic activities and working together across cultural backgrounds, participants will not only strengthen their problem-solving and decision-making skills but also increase their resilience, adaptability, and leadership potential in international contexts.

Methodology

All the working methods will be based on the methods of nonformal education (team building activities, role-playing, simulation, group work, dance, audiovisual methods, peer to peer learning, discussions, presentations)

Objectives of the Project

  • To equip participants with practical problem-solving strategies applicable in personal, academic, and professional settings.

  • To develop critical thinking and decision-making skills through interactive and experiential learning.

  • To empower young people to approach challenges with creativity, collaboration, and responsibility.

  • To build resilience and adaptability in facing uncertainties and complex situations.

  • To foster intercultural dialogue and teamwork, strengthening European values of cooperation and solidarity.

  • To prepare participants to take active roles as confident decision-makers and leaders in future Erasmus+ initiatives and their local communities
