During the project, they will learn through practical experiences, peer exchange, teamwork, and creative content creation.
Objectives of the Event
The project aims to encourage young people to develop a healthier and more responsible relationship with digital tools and online communication.
Its main objectives are to:
raise awareness about the impact of social media on well-being and relationships;
reflect on screen time, digital habits, and online pressure;
explore the environmental footprint of digital behaviour;
promote healthier and more conscious use of social media;
reconnect participants with themselves, others, and nature;
create practical tools and creative content to share the project’s message.

About The Project
Green Connections is an international Youth Exchange that brings together participants from Poland, Serbia, Armenia, Estonia, Italy, Ukraine, Ireland, and Albania to explore the relationship between social media, personal well-being, community life, and the environment.
The project focuses on how constant online presence can affect young people’s mental health, relationships, and connection with real life and nature. It also highlights the often-overlooked ecological footprint of digital behaviour.
Through this experience, participants will reflect on their digital habits and discover healthier, more balanced, and more ecological ways of using social media.
