About The Project
Implemented within the framework of Erasmus+ Accreditation 2024, this youth exchange aims to create a group of active young leaders by equipping them with key leadership skills through nonformal education methods. Many young people are looking for meaningful opportunities to strengthen their personal and professional competencies, especially those that are not easily developed through formal education. This first edition of our longterm initiative focuses on communication and eloquence, essential tools for effective leadership. By enhancing these skills, participants will not only grow as youth exchange leaders but also improve their future employability and confidence in international and professional settings.
Methodology
AAll the working methods will be based on the methods of nonformal education (team building activities, role-playing, simulation, group work, audiovisual methods, peer to peer learning, discussions, presentations).
Objectives of the Project
To develop participants’ communication and public speaking skills as a foundation for effective leadership.
To introduce non-formal education methods that support the growth of soft skills in youth.
To increase participants’ confidence in expressing ideas clearly and leading group discussions.
To foster intercultural learning and collaboration through teamwork in an international environment.
To empower young people to take initiative and become active leaders in their communities and future projects.
